Fantini Mosaici creates stunning marble patchwork inlay floor for iconic jewellery brand Pomellato’s new flagship boutique on Rodeo Drive

The new flagship boutique of iconic jewellery brand Pomellato, situated in one of the world’s most exclusive shopping addresses, combines the glamour of Hollywood with the sophistication of Milan. Fantini Mosaici, one of Italy’s most prestigious artisanal surface brands, played an integral role in bringing this exceptional and engaging environment to life.

Working closely with Pomellato, Fantini Mosaici developed a bespoke marble patchwork inlay floor featuring Pink Onyx, Perlino, Portuguese Pink, Brecciated Onyx and Rosso Francia marble. These have been precisely placed for captivating effect, evoking the precious gemstones Pomellato delicately sets to produce wearable pieces of exquisite beauty. The floor’s eight shades at once recall the Duomo’s Candoglia stone and complement the space’s softly luminous backdrop of Montenapoleone red and refined pinks.

Working in harmony with elements such as sculptural Murano lighting, the vibrant floor showcases Pomellato’s emblematic collections – Nudo, Iconica and Catene – and complements the hand‑painted and embroidered silk panels that reimagine Nudo as suspended wisteria. It also enriches the boutique’s gentle glow and refined allure, and enhances the Maison’s signature codes of fluid gold, expressive colour and Milanese understated luxury.
